Use this form to prepare a request for permanent deletion of data associated with your Smash Kingdom Player ID.

Submitting opens your email app with a completed request addressed to our support team.
Data that will be deleted
After we verify the supplied Player ID, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize Galaxy4Games-controlled data associated with that record, including:
- cloud save data and its link to the Player ID;
- server-side game progress, completed stages and tutorials;
- virtual balances, inventory, rewards, settings and save metadata;
- purchase entitlements stored in the game profile where they can be associated with the supplied Player ID.
Deletion is permanent. Deleted progress and entitlements may not be recoverable.
Data that may be retained
- Security and service logs: temporarily retained where needed for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
- Backups: residual copies remain until overwritten through the normal backup lifecycle.
- Your request and correspondence: retained where necessary to document and respond to the request.
- Legal records: purchase or accounting records retained where required by law.
Data on your device
This request covers server data controlled by Galaxy4Games. To remove local Android data, clear Smash Kingdom storage in Android settings or uninstall the game. Copy your Player ID before doing so.
Processing and verification
We process valid requests without undue delay. We may ask for limited additional information when reasonably necessary to identify the record or protect it from unauthorized deletion.
